When you  apply to one of our International Programmes, the following assistance is made available to you :

Access to "The Welcome Guide to Life in France" information platform,
Visa application assistance,
Assistance in finding and confirming appropriate accommodation,
Personal contact through your application procedure,
Pick service from airport to you place of residence,
Help with French administration

We realize that your move to France is a major event in your life and as such we believe that you should be given every possible assistance to make this transition as easy as possible.

The Welcome Guide to Life in France :

This manual will provide you with all the information necessary for life in France. It tells you how to go about getting your temporary residents card - from the papers you have to provide, to the bus you have to get on.

It tells you how to go about being covered by the French social security system - from how to qualify for a housing grant to how to get medical cover.

It covers all the processes involved in moving to France and more local information such as street maps and bus routes.

Once you have officially accepted your place in the programme, you will then get access to our Restricted Access folder in which you will find the reservation form for your chosen accommodation.

After this you will need to arrange your VISA. EDHEC's International Office is familiar with the VISA formalities of most countries and will provide you with the necessary papers. The School can even hurry this procedure along if necessary. You may contact the International Office to express your concerns about your visa application, provided you have already checked the necessary pages on the Welcome Guide and contacted your local embassay first.

One of the requirements for most VISA applications is proof of accommodation in France. Again the international Office is on hand to provide you with a list of apartments, halls of residence and other types of housing according to your criteria. The team will do everything they can to provide you with photos, make arrangements with the owner and secure your reservation.

It will also send a pick up to the airport on your day of arrival (when possible) and take you directly to your new home. What could be easier?!

We know it means a lot to you to have the reassurance that there is an efficient and friendly team on hand throughout your application and during your stay in France. That's why we are here to help!
